Phoenix monorepo

The developer of PhoenixIM wipes commit history on every update of the software; this monorepo aims to keep that history.

I do not own this code, the code is from https://git.disroot.org/OptOut

UPDATE: The commit history is no longer being wiped. It's only so long until that changes, though.
